How does it work?

I offer options for weekly, every-other week, or custom scheduled conversations.

​

In most cases when we work together, I reserve a dedicated one-hour space for you on the calendar. Custom engagements include additional time and location options. Either way, while we're working together, that's your time.

​

You can count on it.

​

During our conversations, we'll talk about the most important things facing your business. I ask traditional coaching questions and offer consultative insights that might help you find a path forward. You commit to specific actions and we'll check in on them during our next call.

​

Those action steps are not extra work.

They are THE work.

It's the work that makes everything else more effective.

 

I hold a 30-minute buffer at the end of every call in case we need a little more time. I'm here to help you succeed in your most important goals - not to rush to the next person on my schedule.

​

In between our calls, you're not alone. You're doing the work and I'm providing ongoing support.

 

You can ask for help if you get stuck on something or just need to run an idea past me. If a quick follow-up call helps, we have space for that too.

How long will we work together?

The length of our coaching engagement will depend on how big your growth goals are. It's not uncommon for engagements to last for several years.
