I've spent my career moving through the seats closest to the founder - Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Operations Manager. Each one taught me something different about what it actually takes to build a well-run organization.
Along the way, I built and ran two businesses. I know the craziness - the amazing experiences and the rough ones.
Who am I outside of work? A Christian, wife, and mom of three. I enjoy reading, puzzles, dirtbiking, and classic movies (think 1930s and 40s).

I'm a Christian, husband of one and a dad to three. We love our time outside hiking, kayaking light rapids, tearing up the mountain biking trails. Our less nature-focused pursuits involve a growing education in learning to drive performance cars and spending time at mixed class auto racing events.
